Am Ende des Seminars steht ein neuer oder ein modifizierter Businessplan, und du hast eine Vorlage zum Weiterfeilen an deiner Finanzplanung.

The fourth and final Lab Talk in the Aedes programme Democratic Design brings design and education together, discussing new ways of integrating democratic values in architectural education and asks: How can we teach democratic values and participation through planning and design to a new generation? What spaces are needed for this? How can we value the young generation and their culture on a social level in public space instead of focusing one-dimensionally on the economic viability of places?

With Vital Architecture, Atelier Li Xinggang presents selected projects from China that create spaces where nature and the built environment merge into a living whole. Architecture is understood here as an interplay of space, environment, history and experience – a position between idealism and reality in which the built mediates and connects. Five spatial strategies form the foundation of a 'Vital City' concept, in which buildings do not stand in isolation but exist in poetic dialogue with their surroundings. The exhibition demonstrates how spatial knowledge is translated into concrete, contemporary architectural ideas, contributing to a vital built environment.
